Restaurants on FEDERAL HILL, Providence

I eat out a lot and Siena is the best Italian restaurant in the city.  The food and service are always great.  The sea Bass and Bolognese are terrific and the doughboys for dessert are unbelievable.  My server Kelly was extremely nice and attentive.  In addition, she recommended a great bottle of wine.  The owner was actually works in the kitchen.  Nice touch.   Great place.

Great atmosphere - wonderful food.  Service was a little slow.
